Telluride and Mountain Village deserve streets that are safe, comfortable, and easy for everyone to get around.

Over the past several months, the Town of Telluride and the Town of Mountain Village have been working together on a Safe Streets and Roads for All Transportation Safety Action Plan (TSAP), aiming to reduce traffic deaths, crashes, and close calls. With existing crash data and community input, this plan will include a prioritized list of near-term fixes and longer-term projects and strategies to improve safety for all road users.

We wanted to thank everyone who has shared input throughout the process so far, your feedback has helped shape the TSAP and identify transportation safety needs across the community. Based on this work, we have developed a set of initial transportation safety strategies aimed at reducing serious injuries and fatalities for all road users with a focus on addressing locations where challenges are most urgent.

We need your help!
